Responsibilities:

Provide prompt, accurate & friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Qualifications:

Ability to resolve complex customer issues
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Pride in getting work down accurately and timely
People-oriented
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to multi-task
Property and Casualty License (must be able to obtain)
Life and Health License (must be able to obtain)

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in Winchester, KY.
Our office is open 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, After Hours by Appointment.
I have been a State Farm agent since 2005.
I am a proud graduate of Campbellsville University.
We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
We have 39 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
Our agency has received awards including: Legion of Honor, Silver Scroll, and Bronze Tablet
